Overview
The Internet today has become an important resource for finding health care information. Argus’ Member Access product is designed to give a member access to information through their own health plan’s Web site. The information provided to the member is powered by Argus, while maintaining the same look and feel as the member’s health plan Web site.

Features
Members will appreciate the simplicity of being able to access the following information from their own computer and Argus automation ensures the information is kept current. Most components, excluding Part D Explanation of Benefits, are available for Spanish-speaking members as well. Argus allows you the power of choice in selecting which member access components to utilize based on your business requirements.

Pharmacy Locator

  • Allows members to locate in-network pharmacies
  • Offers the ability to search pharmacies using flexible criteria
  • Displays pharmacy locations along with maps and driving directions
  • Locates pharmacies that qualify for 90-day prescriptions.

Claim Search

  • Members can view current or past prescription claims processed by Argus
  • Offers the ability to search for claims using a range of data
  • Lists claims summaries by timeframe
  • Displays claim details including drug information, quantity, day supply, pharmacy and prescriber

Pharmacy Coverage

  • Members can view basic pharmacy benefit coverage information such as copays
  • Members can view their pharmacy claim deductible information, including deductible limits and deductible status

Drug Information Center

  • Members have the option to search for a drug’s uses, dosage, warnings and appearance
  • Lists drug interaction information

Condition Information Center

  • Allows members to search for a condition to find the drugs utilized to treat it
  • Locates drugs using condition search criteria

Drug pricing/Pre-adjudication

  • Displays drug coverage and pricing information

Messaging

  • Members have the ability to send e-mails directly to their health plan

Part D Explanation of Benefits

  • Displays a member’s explanation of benefits in PDF format

Part D Drug Spend Amount

  • Displays member’s true out of pocket (TrOOP) dollar amount spent on prescriptions
  • Tracks member’s total drug spend
