What is your ownership structure?

The company is a privately held joint venture of DST Systems, the largest provider of shareholder record keeping services to the mutual fund industry, and Financial Holding Corporation, the holding company for Americo Life. Argus is not owned by a pharmaceutical manufacturer, and operates free of any industry bias.

The Argus products that were recently releases or are under development are a web enabled version of our claims processing system, IPNS; browser based Rebate Contracting and Administration system, ad hoc reporting tool RxFocusII, and Member Access tool.
